What our customers say
Real comments from pool and hot tub owners who shop, test water and get service with us.
We LOVE Elite Pools!! We had always wanted a pool but having never had one we had no idea what we wanted or where to start. Patrick took the time to discuss every option out there, the pros and cons for what we needed, and walked us through the entire thing. Once our pool was installed and full of water Ronnie went above and beyond to help us understand how to put the chemicals in and the weekly maintenance.
Always extremely helpful and will fix you up with the repair parts!! Great people!
Excellent service and knowledgeable assistance. Great place!
Excellent customer service. Very knowledgeable & reasonable pricing on most items!!! Definitely my new go-to pool place!!!
They always go above and beyond! So helpful, you feel as if you are asking a friend a question. They will only tell you to buy what you need, they never try to add stuff or be pushy. Been a customer since 2022.
The staff is very friendly and super helpful! Me and my husband did not feel pressured about what to buy or not to go over our budget. They explained all that comes in their packages and their specifications. Would definitely recommend!
This is the second year we have had our pool water tested & everyone is very helpful. The printouts are great to keep track of what we need to do. They don’t push you to buy but make recommendations which always fix our problems.
Toni is very knowledgeable in pool care and the effects of chemical products. Elite Pool has made our pool look great!
We went in over the weekend with a lot of questions about our pool. The lady that we spoke to was so knowledgeable in what we asked and got us on the way to a great looking pool for the summer.
The 2 nice ladies in there helped me find what I need and were very knowledgeable. Their attitude and demeanor was so nice and pleasant, and I will be shopping with them again. Thank you Brenda for your help!
