We LOVE Elite Pools!! We had always wanted a pool but having never had one we had no idea what we wanted or where to start. Patrick took the time to discuss every option out there, the pros and cons for what we needed, and walked us through the entire thing. Once our pool was installed and full of water Ronnie went above and beyond to help us understand how to put the chemicals in and the weekly maintenance.

Always extremely helpful and will fix you up with the repair parts!! Great people!

They always go above and beyond! So helpful, you feel as if you are asking a friend a question. They will only tell you to buy what you need, they never try to add stuff or be pushy. Been a customer since 2022.

The staff is very friendly and super helpful! Me and my husband did not feel pressured about what to buy or not to go over our budget. They explained all that comes in their packages and their specifications. Would definitely recommend!

This is the second year we have had our pool water tested & everyone is very helpful. The printouts are great to keep track of what we need to do. They don’t push you to buy but make recommendations which always fix our problems.
