Hot tub buyer questions
Do I need an electrician to install a hot tub?
Plug & Play models run on a standard 110–120V dedicated outlet, so most homes need no new wiring. Standard models need a 240V / 50A GFCI circuit installed by a licensed electrician. Some models can start on 110V and be converted to 240V later. Every product page lists the electrical requirement.
What kind of base does a hot tub need?
A hot tub needs a flat, level surface that can carry its filled weight – typically a concrete pad, pavers on a compacted base or a deck rated for the load. Filled weights are listed on each model page; our team can help you check your spot before delivery.
Can I see a hot tub in person before I buy?
Yes. Call the store you plan to visit to confirm which models are currently on display, or save models to your wishlist and we will let you know where you can see them.
